About Me

I spent nearly 20 years as a CPA, working alongside high-performers in high-pressure professional environments. I understand what it takes to succeed in the corporate world, and I understand the quiet cost that often comes with it.

Over the years, through Buddhist practice, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and modern sleep science, I kept returning to one idea the productivity world rarely talks about:

The body has its own intelligence.

When we stop working against it, everything begins to change.

Today, I work as a Sleep & Physiology Strategist, helping high-performing professionals, founders, and executives who are still functioning externally — but whose nervous systems and recovery capacity are no longer fully supporting the life they're trying to sustain.

Together, we address the deeper patterns underneath:

My approach bridges Eastern wisdom with modern behavioural and physiological science. I draw from CBT-I principles, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed breathwork, circadian and recovery science, and practical Eastern restorative practices — all integrated into a measurable framework designed for the realities of modern professional life.

Since 2023, I've supported more than 200 clients through stress, insomnia, burnout-like exhaustion, and major life transitions.

What most people find is not simply better sleep.

It's a calmer nervous system. Clearer thinking. Greater emotional stability. More sustainable energy. And a body that finally feels like an ally rather than an obstacle.
